Updates that reach climbers instantly
Publish an access change, a closure or a new route and every climber using your region sees it immediately — with optional push notifications. No print cycle, no out-of-date PDF.
For tourism boards, climbing organisations & local communities
Your region gets its own branded climbing app — news, access info and local services you maintain in real time, for less than one print run of brochures.
Add your region
The opportunity
The climbers are already coming. Your region gets one place to present its crags, its rules and its local businesses — maintained by the people who know it best, with the benefit staying local.
What you get
Publish an access change, a closure or a new route and every climber using your region sees it immediately — with optional push notifications. No print cycle, no out-of-date PDF.
Your region's own home inside the app — crags, sectors and routes, interactive maps, access info, news, a community map of local services, and a region chat. Your name, your photos, your voice.
Post regional news, map the guides, gear rental, accommodation and transport, and keep a community chat — the local knowledge climbers actually want, from the people who have it.
Local services appear on the community map in front of the exact audience they serve, so the climbers who come benefit the businesses and community that keep the climbing alive.
Manage crags, routes, news and places from inside the app — no technical skills required. The people who know the region keep it current.
Built-in analytics measure real usage — logged ascents, offline downloads, visitor activity — so you can see exactly what your region delivers.
How we work
It should feel like Hvar's app, not CragLocal's app about Hvar — your name, your photos, your voice.
News, chat and a community map put visiting climbers in touch with the people and businesses that keep the climbing alive — not just a list of routes.
We optimise for climbers actually using your region — adoption is what turns it into something valuable for the community.
Proof
The first region runs today with full crag, sector and route coverage, news, a community map, chat and interactive maps — with 1,150+ climbers already on CragLocal and analytics that show exactly how they use it. See the Hvar region →
How it works
A region is an annual licence, tiered by region size. We support you through onboarding to get your region set up; from then on your team keeps it current through the in-app admin surface. Every climber who uses it makes your region more valuable to the community.
Founding regions
Early regions get preferential founding-partner terms and direct input on the roadmap. If you run or represent a climbing destination, we'd like to talk.
